To resolve this, one party or both parties must compromise. For example, for employees who are not in agreement on conducing a shared duty and are unwilling to cooperate, the manager can resolve by listening and working with both employees to encouraging collaboration and compromise each other. Collaboration makes all parties feel involved and respected.
